Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. We will process your order the next business day and have it shipped out in 2-3 weeks (the reason being that all of our products are made by hand. Once your order is placed, the product is handmade specifically for you). If you made your purchase online, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

If a return or exchange is required, please contact us at info@jackalleather.com. We will be happy to provide you with a return label to send your product back to us.
